Mr. New York

Following up on my last post in regards to which picture I never altered or changed would be....Mr. New York. The other 3 pictures I changed and added different things, or just cloned myself.

Good guesses though everyone.

As far as the pictures below are concerned; in 2003 I entered the Mr. New York Championship Competition, where I won the Mr. New York title and then later won Night of the Champion. It was definitely a great experience and one I will never forget.

Wow, that is fantastic! I am currently in the process of losing a bunch of weight (sneaking up on the 100 pounds lost mark) and a major portion of my exercise regime is strength training. I'm assuming you worked out at a gym (I use the Total Gym), but would you be willing to share the types of exercises you did to get stomach muscles like you have? Congratulations again on that accomplishment!

I kinda guessed it!! Well, it was my second pick, so does that count?? Wow!! You are some built dude!! Incredible. I thought it looked real because of how your face was covered by your arm--kinda hard to photoshop that. I am very impressed. Yep, my and my lumpy bod are very impressed.

You are all great people, thanks for the compliment and for playing the guessing game.

haha..Yes Laura and Lin, you were close, you both have a great sense of humor.

Tahtimbo...I wasn't in the best of shape when I took on the challenge of the competition. I had a belly (it was far from a washboard)and was carrying some excess weight as well. I went on a very strict eating program and added cardio and hit the weights hard. since you left the comment, I've been looking through my files for my exercise routine. I don't workout as consistently anymore or follow my routine since I'm not longer competing. I didn't want you to think I forgot about your questions, so I will get back to you.
And many congrats on your weight-loss, keep it up and I hope to updates from you.
